2025 TVS Ronin: New Colors, Enhanced Safety Features Launched in India

TVS Motor Company has launched the 2025 TVS Ronin in India, with prices starting at Rs 1.35 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated model features new color options and enhanced safety features. The motorcycle was first showcased at the 2024 TVS Moto Soul event.

What’s New in the 2025 TVS Ronin?

The 2025 Ronin receives several updates, including:

  • New Colors: The bike is now available in Glacier Silver and Charcoal Ember. Midnight Blue is another available color option, and alloy wheels feature color-coded rim stickers.
  • Dual-Channel ABS: The mid-spec variant (DS) now comes standard with dual-channel ABS, enhancing rider safety.
  • Visual Tweaks: The headlight surrounds are blacked out, the seat is redesigned, and the rear mudguard is slimmer. Subtle graphic changes have also been introduced.

2025 TVS Ronin Price

The base variant (SS) is priced at Rs 1.35 lakh (ex-showroom), while the mid-spec (DS) variant with dual-channel ABS is priced at Rs 1.59 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-end variant (TD) remains the same at Rs 1.69 lakh (ex-showroom). The price of the DS variant has increased by Rs 2,000 due to the addition of dual-channel ABS.

Engine and Performance

The TVS Ronin is powered by a 225.9cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.4PS of maximum power at 7,750rpm and 19.93Nm of peak torque at 3,750rpm. It is paired with a five-speed gearbox. The engine is known for its tractable and peppy performance.

Hardware and Features

The motorcycle is built on a double cradle split synchro stiff frame. It features 41mm USD forks at the front and a 7-step adjustable monoshock at the rear. The Ronin uses 17-inch alloy wheels shod with tubeless tyres. Braking is handled by a 300mm disc at the front and a 240mm disc at the rear.

Depending on the variant, the bike comes with single-channel or dual-channel ABS, along with rain and urban modes. Normal and adjustable levers are also available based on the variant.

The TVS Ronin competes with motorcycles such as the Royal Enfield Hunter 350.
